As a wellness coach, I collaborate with you to explore your physical, mental, and/or social well-being within the context of your professional, academic, or personal goals.

Since behavior change takes at least 3 months, I start with 12 weekly 45-minute sessions. After that, we re-evaluate whether it would be useful to adjust our meeting frequency (e.g. bi-weekly, monthly, etc.), pivot to a new goal, etc.
